SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Ground Shipping (5-7 days) — Canada and USA
Cost = FREE

Expedited Shipping (2-3 days) — Canada and USA
Cost = $35 CND 

International Shipping — UK, Asia, Australia, South America, Hawaii
Cost = $100 CND

Other Considerations:
  • FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide your physical address, or if possible, we recommend your work address.
  • Standard FedEx can take between 3-7 business days
  • Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
  • Shipping time does not include processing and handling time - 24 to 48 hours.
  • Orders placed in the evening or on a weekend will not be processed until the next business day.
  • Special Order items have varying lead times. Please check the product description on the item you’re considering.
  • If you require your order to be rushed, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment by customs. A contact number is required for all shipments.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Online Orders:
We are happy to accept most items for exchange, refund or credit on any unworn, ready-made pieces within 14 days of receiving your order. Earrings, custom and engraved items are non-refundable and final sale. Items must be in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage.

  • Items on-sale or marked down are final sale
  • Resized items, custom projects and special orders are final sale
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

In-Store Purchases:
All non-custom items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds for items purchased in-store. If the item is a gift or over the holidays, the return window may be extended, please speak with an associate prior to purchase.
