RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We are happy to accept most items for exchange, refund or credit on any unworn, ready-made pieces within 14 days of receiving your order. Earrings, custom and engraved items are non-refundable and final sale. Items must be in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage.

- All non-custom items may be returned for an exchange or a refund. (If the item is a gift or over the holidays, the return window may be extended, please speak with an associate prior to purchase.)
- All returns must be accompanied with a physical or electronic receipt and within 14 days of purchase.

- Customized projects, special orders, and all earrings are final sale
- Items that are on-sale or have been marked down can be returned for an exchange, or a credit credit only.
